The package contains 180 small pills, which is supposed to be a 30-day supply if you take 6 a day. Even starting out with less per day, my stomach seemed to react to it, so I only take one pill and can’t tell if my skin is benefiting from the product. Some of the translations for the cautions on the package are funny!
I bought it for the first time and after eating it for half a month, I feel my skin tone is even.
I ate it and repurchased it for a friend. Feeling guilty?
I received it yesterday and will start taking six pills a day today. Let’s wait and see the results!

I ate it once in 2018 and it was three months’ worth. I’m not sure if it turned white after eating it, but my skin was not as sallow as it was three months ago! I don’t have white skin to begin with, so I don’t expect to be able to change my genes with whitening pills, but anti-aging pills are very effective for me, so I will buy it again this year and give it a try?
I just took it and haven’t seen any effects yet.
