If it doesn't taste good, don't buy it! I'm from Nanning, and my house used to be opposite Fu Ji Lao You. I ate there a few times a week. Listen to me! It only has a light sour and spicy taste (then why don't I eat hot and sour noodles?!), and there is no sour bamboo shoots and black beans at all. There are only a few pieces of sour bamboo shoots in the soup. (I know that authentic Lao You noodles don't put cabbage and beef balls workers put whatever they have in the refrigerator, don't dismiss my opinion because of this )
