A bag of 400 grams, half of which is old mother water, only 213 grams of sauerkraut, costs $7, which is too expensive! Won't buy again!
The amount of sauerkraut is too small, and it is not enough to increase the acidity in a pot of sauerkraut fish.
Last time I fried it to eat beef noodles, but I didn’t eat the noodles and gave the sauerkraut to my son-in-law. I waited over a month for it to arrive and I bought four packs right away. It’s a bit expensive but the taste is worth it!
The cabbage is not too sour and has a good taste. It is delicious when cooked in soup with ribs or stir-fried.
