Used this seasoning to make a dish called 重慶辣子雞。pretty delicious. Just fried the chicken, added the seasoning, garlic and chill peppers.

First time buying this sauce. Love tip: this sauce tastes a little salty, just add 1/3 packet!Boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces. Then marinate with a little salt and pepper oil for about 20 minutes. Then coat with flour (flour and cornmeal).Pour a little more oil into the pan, fry the garlic (2 large pieces) until fragrant, remove and set aside. Then put the chicken thighs in one piece and fry them slightly. Turn over from time to time. About 4-5 minutes. Remove and continue to lightly fry the remaining chicken pieces. After frying, heat the oil in the pot, pour all the slightly fried chicken pieces into the pot, cover the pot and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stir fry, remove and set aside.In another pot, put 1/3 package of spicy chicken sauce in the pot, add some oil and a teaspoon of rice wine, stir fry the sauce, then pour all the fried chicken pieces and garlic into the pot, mix Fry, cover and simmer for a minute. Then stir fry again, and you’re ready to eat! If you want to eat something crunchy, you can add a handful of peanuts or pine nuts, it will be more perfect!
