I tried using it to make a single serving of gyoza hotpot. It was easier than anything, and the taste wasn't too salty and was very delicious! Although it's not in the photo, it would also be good to use it in seafood-flavored rice (chicken thighs, fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, burdock, carrots) or porridge.
I tried putting three in a big pot for three people, the taste was not very strong but it was almost the same, it was a light type

I've been using it since I was in Japan.Conveniently divided into cubes so you can use only the amount you want.My standard method is to put rice at the end of the pot and top with eggs and cheese.
