I'll give it four stars, mainly because in the food desert of the Bay Area, it's not easy to make the skin like this. Rolled noodle skin is different from cold noodle skin, and it's not easy to make it like this. I'll minus one star because of hygiene issues. The printed note was thrown together with the food. And my friend is from Shaanxi. After taking a look, he said: "The boss who put carrots in the cold noodle skin is either not authentic from Shaanxi, or he is cutting corners to save money"...
I think it's delicious, especially the sauce (I don't know if it's authentic or not). The cold skin is a bit hard, but still very chewy. This is because I kept it in the freezer for an extra day before eating it. I'll probably buy it again when it's on sale.
