I pan fry these in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add a tablespoon of water and put lid on to awaken the Gyoza that are fully-steam-cooked and individually frozen. No grease on the gyoza skin, so I get to choose the oil to pan fry them with, which is a huge plus. iI stock these in my freezer for a quick and delicious guilt-free meal or a snack.

Dumplings were pretty tasty and a good size even though they were not made on the spot. Expected just "Chives" but also had pork and shrimp. Yes. Would buy again.
This one I didn’t expect that it was fried, I was thinking it would be the whole bag of dumplings. But it was good anyway.
The filling of this fried leek dumpling is quite generous, and each one is slightly larger than the frozen dumplings. The leek flavor is very strong and the saltiness is just right. I will buy it again.
