Each gluten piece was cut into 4 equal parts, and different vegetables were added and cooked in two meals. No oil or seasoning was added, but it was just right and refreshing.

      This is my first time buying this kind of gluten. It is a little greasy than other brands, but the taste is very good (the price is also attractive).
