Wash it and tear it apart with your hands. It is delicious when you make soup or add some garlic ham and stir-fry it. After it is cooked, it still tastes very good, only the umami flavor without any abrupt taste.
A must-have for hot pot, it’s pretty good??

I have had better sesame sticky rice before in both LA and Taiwan. This one is a total disappointment. I followed the instructions microwave it for 3 mins as it’s just refrigerated. But the rice doesn’t seem fully cooked. Also, it supposed to smell sesame oil, and mushroom. Unfortunately it’s not the case. It’s a no for my mother and I.

Puffball aka lions mane. Product arrived tired (see photos) but i was able to use within a day of arrival and for cooking product was fine, taste was good. I will purchase again and cross fingers it is a little fresher but overall I am satisfied.
