The Iberian pork belly makes me confident in this product, and I will buy the pork belly again to try it.
There is no need to worry about removing the fishy smell and adding flavor. It is not fishy at all. The natural flavor is already very fragrant without adding flavor. Cut a few slices and just add salt and pepper. The taste is sweet and tender. I wrapped a few Iberian spring rolls without any need to remove the fishy smell. The seasonings, salt, black pepper, eggs and leeks, leave a mouthful of juice. It is indeed several times better than ordinary pork. I always worried about the smell of pork tenderloin I bought in the past. Hope you can buy other parts.
Not bad at all! I was kind of wondering as its from Texas not from spain but the flavor is real! Super juicy with so much flavor! Will definitely buy again. I hope there are other parts like the Secreto Iberico.

A whole piece of cooked bacon does not look like bacon. The stir-fried bacon with garlic sprouts has the feeling of twice-cooked pork. It may be better to steam it.
