Recently, due to random inspections conducted by U.S. Customs, some parcels may be temporarily held for examination, which could lead to delivery delays. If you receive any defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at support@sayweee.com within three days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will provide a full refund or appropriate after-sales support.
 However, if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel or modify it due to personal reasons, we are unable to cover the costs associated with exchanges or order adjustments. We appreciate your understanding.
