The fish look very clean and fresh; however, the texture of the fish didn’t taste as fresh as the previous purchases. These are from Vietnam. The ones from China (purchased many times from Weee in the past) tasted better and sweeter. The ideal tasting ones should be slightly smaller than this batch and have a rounder and meatier body. Hopefully Weee can source more from China. I also hope that the description on the website can accurately reflect the origin (Vietnam vs China vs Philippines).
