Hopefully won’t taste too starchy

First time buying dried kind, similar texture as fresh noodles after cooking, good stir fried with beef and vegetables

The package says to cook it for one minute but it comes out very tough. I recommend cooking it for five minutes so that the pho is just right.

Bought it for the second time, used to make fried rice noodles
