I was curious of how this curry powder would taste, so I went ahead and got it. I incorporated Anh Hai Curry powder in my curried eddoes and eggplant curry, and seasoned my smelts with it. This is not the one that was looking for. I don't like this flavor. I found the right one.. it's Mild Curry. I ordered it last time and it was tasty.
