Annasea frozen ahi tuna is meticulously packed at its peak to lock in a robust flavor. Slice to create exquisite sashimi or nigiri rolls, or season with sesame and pan-sear the whole block to create seared tuna. You've had it at the restaurant, now make it at home. Frozen, thaws overnight in the refrigerator or a bowl of cold water for 20-30 minutes until pliable.
