In the Philippines, it’s a Christmas tradition to celebrate Noche Buena, or Christmas Eve feast. Glazed ham and Lechon are commonly the centerpieces. The circular shape of the ham also makes it a great addition to parties since round food is known to bring prosperity.

Heating instructions

OVEN: Ham can be served hot or cold. Remove ham from the wrapper before heating. Place ham in a shallow baking pan in preheated oven at 350°F with ½ cup water. Cover with aluminum foil. Heat for approximately 12-15 minutes per pound of ham to an internal temperature of 140°F.
