Steam rice cake with brown sugar on top.

I like this brand of glutinous rice flour the most. The packaging is nice and comes with a self-sealing seal, which is very convenient to use.

Sticky rice from Thailand. Unlike Japanese glutinous rice, it is not sticky and has a refreshing taste. It tends to harden when cooled, but it is 100% glutinous rice and very delicious. I tried to make moochie by wrapping the colored glutinous rice flour in shell ginger.

Cooking tea is very good, will buy again
