Christine's Bake Shop was founded by a Filipino grandmother in 1985 in New Jersey. She brought the flavors of her homeland to this immigrant soil and gained affection from various ethnic groups. Her son has continued the tradition of Filipino baking, blending it with contemporary Asian flavors. The pastries are delicately sweet and not overly rich, with a wide variety of fillings.
