I made a salad out of it. However, you take time to cook.

The product page showed two flowers but I received one. I cooked down the flowers. I picked out the pistils and put the rest of them in water with acid to hopefully calm down the bitterness. They are fairly bitter and does not have any stringy consistency. I blended the remaining parts into a curry paste
