it is not electronic. need to use hand to pull the rode. I wanted to return it but weee needed me to buy something so someone will come to deliver items to my house , so he can pick it up at the same time. if you didn't buy anything from them, so you can't do the return. they didnt send you the return label code, never see the company like that. look like you need to buy someting and then you can return the item?

Convenient for mincing garlic. It took about 40 pullings or about 2 mins to finely mince a handful of garlic. Easy to clean as well. Definitely a good purchase. Highly recommend.
