Bella Bella Hickory & Apple Smoked Half Duck 1.8-2.1 lb

Our favorite ready to eat duck. Smokey and salty. This time got a bigger half duck. More than 2 lb. Previous times usually under 2 lb. We have tried to steam, baked or air fry. Our favorite is use instant pot and steam for 5 minutes and natural release.

The duck is tasteless. Not recommend.

Delicious smoky duck meat. Pop it in air fryer for 15 mins 380F, flip and continue to cook for another 15 mins. The skin came out crispy and smell pretty good.

Never received due to a midnight delivery. Very bad experience!

this duck was very old and tough. last time I ordered in 2023 was a good one,so I ordered it again, but this time not good at all.

Meat is little tender. I should have air fried it a little longer I think. But overall, happy with it.
