Love this, easy to cut.

Size and cut is amazing on this. I was shocked it was from Snake River Farms too so the quality looks great!

This came in and it was still frozen look good

Bought three packs, and it smelled and looked fine before cooking. First night made nabe hot pot with it and it came out pungent, gamey, and off putting so had to throw the whole hot pot away. Thought it was just a bad pack so tried to broil it the next day and it was the same thing. Did not taste like how pork should taste. Also way too fatty.

Will not order again Berkshire is supposed to be good this package I should say 70% fat No way to use it
