Pork w/pickled cabbage noodle soup~ the pork belly is a good mix of lean but also fat meat. The pickled cabbage I use is Chaisfood sour cabbage. Straight out of the package, it’s too sour to eat. This kind would be best cooked in soup. In this case, I cooked everything in fresh, boxed chicken noodle soup first starting with the cabbage, then noodles, and meat. The soup turned out really delicious and not too sour. I’d really recommend this pork belly to be cooked with sour cabbage! Other than that, I’ve regularly used this pork for hot pot as well.

The meat was all fat and it was RANCID. It smelled so bad that it ruined an entire kimchi hotpot. will never buy again. came frozen, defrosted in the fridge.

Fat ratio to meat is not good This box seems only fat

First time we bought kurobuta from SRF and both smelled strong — really porky/gamey. Not a fan.
