I usually buy the small packages, but this was a trade-in purchase, and it looks pretty good.

The quality was average, nothing special. The beef short ribs already had some fat, so after cleaning, it wasn't surprising that half a pound of fat was cut off.

The date was fresh, and there was no strange smell after thawing. I was initially going to criticize the butcher's knife skills for the unevenly sized and crooked beef ribs, but after cooking them, I was proven right! 😅 After the beef ribs were completely thawed and the blood was released, I cooked them as usual, then pressure-cooked them for an hour, and they were incredibly tender! I would definitely buy them again if they were on sale!
