Braised Lamb Chops with Carrots 1.5lb mild to medium

Mostly bones and a little bit of sauce. Not as expected.

This is our first time ordering this braised lamp chop, just received it which looks great and tastes perfectly spiced. We have been waiting for it whole day today, worth the wait 😋🍻

I don't recommend buying it! There were about 8 spines, 4 carrots, no soup, the meat was very dry, and the taste was similar to that of hot pot soup base. It was not as good as the raw lamb ribs I bought before and cooked with Lao Gan Ma hot pot soup base.

This common dish, I secretly made an improved lamb hotpot. The soup is made of lamb and white mullet, and it is time to eat vegetables on top, with fermented bean curd as a dipping sauce.

It tasted good but I had a stomachache after eating it yesterday. I tried to analyze the reason, but when I opened everything tonight, it smelled sour. The rice I made yesterday should not last even 24 hours in the refrigerator. I seriously suspect that there is a food safety issue. They are selling leftovers made a few days ago.
