Soft stewed seaweed knots, tofu knots and lotus root. Tasty and slightly spicy.

Spicy, but good.

This is a cooked cold dish and taste good. The challenge for me is that it is to spicy and even follow by a long lasting kick. So hot that I need to find some cold and sweet stuff to put the fire off in my month and stomach. For who like very spicy/hot dish, this is a good one.
