COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a fryer or a large, deep, straight-sided pot. Fill enough oil to submerge each piece completely, but do not fill the pot more than halfway (for safety).
- Preheat oil to 375°F.
- Submerge frozen calamari rings into hot oil. Do not crowd. Keep separated for nice even browning. Fry until golden brown at a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
- Drain on a rack or paper towel.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
