First time trying this brand

Not sure if it’s just me…but I feel like this Korean brand creates a slightly different texture compared to American all purpose flour? I made blueberry muffins and pajeon, and the texture feels…chewier? I know there are different types of flours…like different fineness or amount of protein that affect texture. Has anyone experience this with this product? Wouldn’t say I dislike the texture…just different. Would buy again.

Good packaging. But I just realised this is only about 2lbs. So it’s quite expensive.
