I love this Vietnamese pancake, very much like Martabak Manis (sweet Martabak) from Indonesia. Similar dough, instead of cheese, chocolate or ground peanut, it's sweetened grated coconut and coconut custard. The coconut is to die for. If you like coconut, you should definitely try this. I used a little butter and oil on a pan to warm it up, few minutes on one side and flipped a few times. IMHO it's the best way to warm up this tropical pancake.
