Our Calo Light rice cooker works magic by separating glucose water from the rice when cooking to give you the perfect rice, but with less calories and carbs.

 

1. Wash your rice thoroughly about 2-3 times. Then soak your rice in plenty of water for 20-30 minutes.

2. Measure the water and microwave the rice.Add to or discard of the water inside the rice cooker so that the water level is around 0.1 inches above the rice. Microwave for 10~12 minutes depending on the power of your microwave.

3. Let it sit for a few minutes. Take out the rice cooker from the microwave when the it has finished cooking.

4. Take out the rice using the handle of the inner pot and discard of the glucose water at the bottom of the outer pot.
Finally, take out the rice using the handle of the inner pot and mix well.

VOILÀ, perfect rice with less calories and carbs!
