Cantonese style crab balls 2 servings

``Kanidama no moto'' mixed with eggs and baked contains bamboo shoots, carrots, crab meat, kamaboko, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. ``Ankake no moto'' contains green peas. Crab balls and ankake can be made in just one frying pan, so you can easily make crab balls with lots of ingredients and plenty of ankake.

You can enjoy it not only as a side dish, but also as a Tenjin bowl on top of rice.
