Many South Indian dishes require coconut milk or cream as one of their ingredients. Coconut milk powder is made from coconuts, processed and spray dried to the cosistency of a fine powder. It is easy to use, and can be added to food in powdered form or mixed with warm water for liquid coconut milk. It can be used to make coconut curries, cakes, candies, cookies, ice cream and any other dish that requires coconut milk.
