My first time trying this brand. It was pretty good. I didn’t cook it with protein and I ended up microwaving it. I think it would taste better if you reheated on the wok with some pork and some cooking oil. The flavor was settle and not too salty. Only thing is that I wish they were younger bamboo. The sizes were pretty big and thick. I’m used to thinner bamboo.

I love bamboo shoot and this is definitely something you could pair it with rice or noodle. It’s crunchy savory and convenient.

I’ve always loved this kind of canned braised bamboo shoots. I’ve bought them many times. For me, it’s a little bland, but I add soy sauce and it tastes great. It depends on your taste; you can skip the soy sauce and it’s delicious as it is.

Perfect balance of sweet and savory. Most bamboo shoots are crunchy and not chewy. Perfect to pair with congee
