Chutoro 10 ออนซ์ 10 ออนซ์

The photo shows seven pieces from a pack of Chutoro Otolo. It's generous, and I trimmed it so there wasn't much to throw away. The downside was that even though it was supposed to be delivered the next day, it was all melted. It was still cold, but it was still melted, so I put it in the freezer and ate it the same day. It was just the right amount of oiliness, and it was delicious.
