Flavor is good, not too overwhelming. I reheated in the air fryer and skin came out crispy, but the skin is pretty thin. It came with a side of hoisin sauce. It comes with a lot. Probably enough for a family appetizer or double fry with a different sauce.

The skin of this roast pork is not crispy enough, so I need to add some work and bake it in the oven. It tastes pretty good!
