Rumali roti is a thin flatbread from the Northern regions of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. The word "rumali" means "handkerchief," and describes the thin and soft consistency of this bread. These rotis are larger than traditional breads and are made with 100% wheat flour. Approximately 9 inches in diameter.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, non-Hydrogenated margarine (canola and/ or soy and/or palm oil), sugar, salt, mono & diglycerides -plant source, xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate, calcium propionate, potassium sorbate, fumaric acid, and modified milk ingredients.
