Bo Bo Ji is a specialty of Leshan City, Sichuan Province. It is a skewered dish of boiled vegetables and meat skewered on bamboo sticks and dipped in a special sauce in a bowl. The chicken and vegetable skewers are dipped in a spicy sauce made from raayu (Chinese red chili oil) and huajiaoyu (Chinese pepper).
