Curry Chicken Stew

1 whole chicken leg quarter in a mildly spicy good flavored sauce. Good amount for 1 big appetite or 2 smaller servings. Would buy again

Big pieces of chicken and they're tender and juicy, really enjoyed the chicken. However, the curry flavor is creamy with heavy coconut and lemon taste, not my personal favorite. If you like that South Asian style, definitely worth a try.

닭가슴살 대신 닭다리를 사용한 건 비용 절감 차원에서 이해하지만, 뼈라도 제거해야죠. 닭다리 한 개가 통째로 놓여 있었는데, 속은 전혀 익지 않았어요. 닭고기 육수가 너무 진해서 카레 맛이 거의 가려질 정도였고, 광둥식 수프 찌꺼기 같은 맛이 났어요. 속 당근과 감자는 카레에 익힌 게 아니라 끓는 물에 넣어서 익힌 것 같았어요. 추신: 배송일은 6월 14일이에요.
