Many of the pig's feet are fat, with no toes and very few tendons. Remember to drain the water before putting in the pressure cooker. Add cooking wine and ginger slices to the pot under cold water to remove the fishy smell. Then the pressure cooker and soybean kelp stewed for forty-five minutes. Super delicious!

Shiitake mushrooms and pig's feet are very warm in winter.

The skin is a bit too elastic, it's average
