The sauce tastes authentic, the noodles are a bit too chewy and need some chewiness 🙂

It was my first time ordering "Old Beijing" noodles with soybean paste. They were not to my taste as a native Chinese. The sugar-coated buns were also very bad. They were not even close to the taste of "Old Beijing"...
