good quality, no nitrites in this one. going to make steamed bean curd rolls.

This bean curd sheet seems to be ok. Vacuum packed and is quite a large piece as well.

This is the first time I've seen this kind of packaging; I'm planning to make vegetable rolls.

I was totally misled by other users' comments. The bean curd skin of this brand is too thick and hard. It is totally unsuitable for making tiger skin rolls. I can only use it to stuff meat. I will not buy it again.
