When was the last time you had Caimito (Star Apple)?

If you're like us - it has been decades! Look no further - Weee! are excited to deliver this beloved fruit to your doorstep. While the fruit is flash-frozen, we tried it defrosted and it's exactly how we remembered - fresh, creamy and custardy, with hints of apple, lychee and persimmon! Best way to eat it:

1. Defrost the whole bag by soaking it in room temp water until the fruit is soft

2. Open the fruit by cutting it in the middle 

3. Scoop it with a scoop and enjoy :) 

4. Optional: scoop out the fruit in a cup full of ice and add condensed milk
