This is NOT a dried bamboo shred. So, don’t need to soak them in water. You can just wash them in water and cook it any way you want. Tasted pretty good!

This is the second time, third bag I bought Love this bamboo so much. This is the best I have ever tasted. It doesn't smell like sulfar It is quite expensive but worth it. Taste awesome with duck vermicelli soup. I will definitely buy it again.

It's weirdly sour and taste weird. I have soaked in water for 30min as directed after washed them. Then cooked but it's too sour and taste weird.

Not dry.. misleading description. It's shredded bamboo in water. Expensive since it is not the dry kind
