Rich Sauce Made with Okinawan Shikuwasa Juice
This is the Shikuwasa type of "ELI SAUCE," which originated in Okinawa.
Based on mayonnaise, it uses plenty of green Shikuwasa juice from Okinawa Prefecture, resulting in a rich yet refreshingly tangy sauce.
In October 2024, it was recommended by Okinawa Prefecture as an excellent Okinawan product, and it is a special sauce made with carefully selected ingredients.
It can be used in a wide range of dishes, including fried foods, fish dishes, and salmon meunière.
