Yummy. Chewy. Not too sweet. Nice aroma while heating up.

This reminded me a lot of Indonesian Kue Lapis (translation: layered cake). I believe they have something similar in Malaysia, Kuih Lapis. The only difference is the sweet mung bean paste layers. I love mung beans. I heated a slice on a pan, with a little water, both sides until it became soft. It was sweet enough, soft but with a nice bounce as any steamed tapioca cake should be. Yum.

A very slight sweetness, kinda savory as well. Aromatic coconut flavor. Needs to be cooked before eating, I just microwaved a slice of it with some water for like 2 min and it became springy, sticky and chewy. A nice little treat to have
