Great fried crab shell yellow! After 16 minutes in a small oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the skin is crispy and the core is soft, and the shredded radish is soft and glutinous and delicious! (It should have used 480F as instructed, but with a small oven I was worried about scorching, so the crust wasn't as yellow as it was) Be sure to note that the temperature in the instructions is 250 degrees Celsius. The first time it was baked, it was regarded as 250 degrees Fahrenheit. As a result, there was an extra time baking.
