* Taste and Texture: Fragrant Jerky's original flavor tender pork jerky (medallion-shaped) are made from lean pork and bacon. This bite-sized medallion-shaped jerky is a Singaporean's favorite. It has a light sweet taste, semi-dried tender texture, light glazed, and natural smoky BBQ flavor from the fire grilling process.

* Ingredients:  Meat, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), fish sauce, water, sugar, fruit juice (pear), contains 2% or less natural flavors, aromatic herbs, spices, sea salt, celery extract, beet powder.

* Directions for Use:  This jerky is ready to enjoy straight from the bag. For a fragrant BBQ aroma and a fresh-off-the-grill taste, microwave it until lukewarm (about 10–20 seconds).

* Expiration:  Shelf life: 45 days ("Use-By" date printed on the package). Our products are shelf-stable when unopened and are not affected by hot or cold weather. Frozen: Can be stored for up to 9 months (reheat in the microwave).

* Packaging:  Multi-layer sealed, oxygen-free packaging that provides food-safe protection, meeting FDA compliance standards.
