This tea is meticulously crafted by Tan Aiyun, a representative inheritor of the Guangxi Autonomous Region's Liubao tea-making technique. Aiyun Tan is a pioneer in the transition from handcrafted to mechanized production of Liubao tea, adhering to both tradition and innovation. By integrating traditional and modern techniques, she has led the entire Liubao tea industry towards innovative upgrades. Although this tea is produced on a modern automated, continuous, and clean production line, it completely restores the taste of traditional handcrafted tea.

This aged Liubao tea is made from top-grade Liubao tea raw materials from the core production area, using an improved light fermentation modern process and aging in the pinewood dry warehouses of its original production area, Liubao Town. The combination of these key factors creates its unique aged aroma, featuring floral and betel nut notes. The tea soup is rich, bright, clear, and amber-colored, with a noticeable sweet aftertaste, smoothness, and heaviness. Steeping Guidelines

Gaiwan or Zisha Teapot

Both Gaiwan and Zisha Teapot are perfect for appreciating the tea’s aroma and flavor through multiple infusions. Use water at 212°F (100°C) to extract the full flavor and aroma. The recommended tea-to-water ratio is 1 gram of tea for every 25 milliliters of water. For steeping, start with 5 seconds for the first four infusions (5s / 5s / 5s / 5s) and gradually increase the time from the fifth infusion onward (10 seconds, then longer as desired).

Thermos

This method produces a concentrated broth while maintaining heat and aroma. Using a Thermos teapot or Thermos teacup at a tea-to-water ratio of 1:200 (for example, 4 grams of tea to 800 milliliters of water). Place the tea leaves in the stainless steel filter. Pour boiling water (212°F or 100°C ) into the teapot. Close the lid tightly and let the tea steep for one hour to allow the flavors to fully develop. After an hour, pour the tea into cups and enjoy the rich, mellow taste. Can be immersed multiple times.
