安くて新鮮なうずらのたまご、中にいれて揚げました！スコッチエッグの完成🥚

うずらの卵フライ。衣がサクッとして美味しいです。溶き卵、水、小麦粉を混ぜてホットケーキミックスのような衣を作ってうずらの卵に絡めたら、パン粉をまぶして油で揚げたら完成。沸騰させたお湯の中へ、常温のうずらの卵を入れて3、4分間茹でると、茹でうずらの卵が出来ます。

very well package

I used it for crispy noodles with thick sauce (ankake yakisoba). It was delicious!

They were very well packed but I didn't like the taste of them. This is the first time I've had quail eggs so maybe I did something wrong when preparing them.
