Not bad. It’s pricey for a small amount but the flavor is good. The texture was decent. There were a few stringy parts that needed to be taken out. I would say it’s one step below what you get at the restaurants. Eat at room temperature for optimal taste.

Very disappointing. Chewy and sinewy. Will not buy again
